Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Technology FP&A team, the full-time Financial Analyst will manage financial planning, performance management, and operational reporting while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning processes for Technology
• Analyze actuals versus plan, identify drivers of variance, and recommend actionable solutions
• Serve as a trusted finance partner to Technology leaders, translating financial analysis into insights for senior leadership discussions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required
• 5-8+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or business finance
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with planning tools preferred
• Experience working cross-functionally with business stakeholders
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
