Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting financial planning and performance analysis in a remote environment, the full-time Financial Analyst will assist in developing budgets and forecasts, manage financial dashboards, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range financial plans
• Support the implementation and management of Workday Adaptive Planning and financial dashboards
• Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting variances and opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance
• Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling and forecasting
• Proficiency with ERP systems and planning tools, particularly Workday Adaptive Planning
• Experience building interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
