Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time remote Financial Analyst will manage and analyze operating expenses, monitor spending, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making regarding costs.

Key responsibilities:

• Regularly monitor and analyze operating expenses, ensuring accurate and timely booking of expenses and invoice approvals
• Prepare journal entries for month-end close and conduct in-depth analysis of expense trends and drivers
• Participate in the annual budgeting process and prepare comprehensive expense reports with variance analysis

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
• 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field
• Firm knowledge of data structure, system design concepts, and experience with analysis tools
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Expense management experience strongly preferred
