Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Financial Analyst will analyze financial information to produce forecasts for investment decisions, assemble technical reports, and interpret data related to investment risks.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble spreadsheets and create charts and graphs for technical reports
• Analyze financial information to forecast business, industry, and economic conditions
• Present reports on economic trends and investment programs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 5-7 years of financial and/or accounting experience required
• Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and financial markets
• Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses
• Experience with financial software and applications, including Microsoft Excel
