Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Integrated Health Care division, the full-time salaried Financial Analyst will manage grant contracts, perform financial analysis and reporting, and assist in budgeting and forecasting, primarily working remotely with occasional office visits.

Key responsibilities

• Manage IHC grant contracts, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines
• Perform monthly financial statement analysis and prepare leadership-ready financial reports
• Support the annual budgeting process and develop financial models for strategic initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Strong understanding of financial statements and cost accounting principles
• Experience working with grants and medical billing reimbursement
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and pivot tables
