Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Financial Planning and Analysis team, the full-time remote Financial Analyst will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while providing insightful analyses to aid strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze budgets and forecasts for IT, Facilities, HR, and Legal departments
• Maintain the chart of accounts and provide ad hoc financial reports as needed
• Develop partnerships with business finance and regional accounting teams to ensure compliance with corporate financial requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; CPA and/or MBA preferred
• 3 to 5 years of finance or accounting experience, with Big 4 experience being a plus
• Strong understanding of operating expenses (OPEX) and financial analysis processes
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Familiarity with financial applications, ERP systems, and planning applications is desirable
