Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Joining a hybrid working environment, the full-time Financial Analyst will manage the budgeting and forecasting process, drive monthly and quarterly close activities, and serve as a strategic finance partner to internal stakeholders while providing financial insights that influence decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process, including P&L governance and cycle management
• Produce executive-ready operating materials with variance analyses and management commentary during the monthly/quarterly close process
• Monitor company performance, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver financial insights to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in finance, business, or a related field
• Expertise in Excel with the ability to build and manage complex financial models
• Experience with financial modeling and analysis tools, including Alteryx, Tableau, and Vena software
• Demonstrated understanding of financial and operational key performance indicators
• Willingness to embrace new challenges and a high level of curiosity and creativity
