Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Working onsite in a contract role, the Disbursements Financial Analyst will analyze accounts and data for accuracy, manage tax identification applications, and prepare reconciliation reports while ensuring timely communication with project managers and clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze accounts and data for accuracy, providing reports and problem resolution plans to management
• Manage the application process for tax identification numbers and respond to inquiries from state and federal agencies
• Prepare quarterly and yearly reconciliation reports for income tax reporting

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in accounting
• Two to four years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Moderate to intermediate Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
