Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting leadership teams across multiple functions, the full-time salaried Financial Analyst will provide financial insights, manage sales performance reporting, and assist in forecasting to drive profitable revenue growth in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver standard pipeline and sales performance reports, ensuring insights are communicated to management
• Assist in the development and evaluation of rolling sales forecasts while validating sales pipeline accuracy
• Provide timely support and analytical presentations for regional sales meetings and respond to queries from stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, with interaction with a diversified customer base considered a plus
• Familiarity with SAP, Business Objects, Salesforce.com, Google Studio, and/or PowerBI is advantageous
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with Access knowledge as a plus
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and communicate financial concepts effectively to non-finance stakeholders
