Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting strategic decision-making, the full-time Financial Analyst will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while developing financial models and translating data into actionable insights in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of annual operating and capital budgets for departments and service lines
• Develop and analyze financial and operational models to support the budget process
• Prepare multi-year financial forecasts and analyze monthly financial statements, reporting significant findings to leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a closely related field; an Associate's degree with 4 years of relevant experience will be considered
• 2 years of experience in finance or accounting with a focus on accounting principles and practices
• 1 year of hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet applications
