Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Financial Operations team, the full-time Financial Analyst will analyze financial information, prepare reports, and collaborate with program managers to ensure sound business decisions while working remotely from select states.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly financial activities for selected programs and review income statements
• Prepare annual budgets and provide financial summaries to program managers
• Participate in monthly closing meetings and assist in preparing cost reports and audits

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
• Minimum 1 year of progressive experience in a finance or accounting environment
• Knowledge of various funding sources in human services
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced features
• Knowledge of Great Plain accounting system and California laws preferred
