Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial decision-making, the full-time remote Financial Analyst will perform financial analysis of company expenses and income, research variances, assist in budget preparation, and prepare reports to enhance company performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and report on fluctuations in business results to identify trends and recommend improvements
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts for business planning
• Prepare comprehensive reports outlining the company's financial position to aid management in decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of financial analysis or related experience
• Proficiency in spreadsheet applications and mainframe accounting systems
• Demonstrated ability to conduct cost-benefit and alternative analysis
• Strong experience in preparing Statements of Cash Flows is preferred
