Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial planning efforts, the full-time Financial Analyst will gather and analyze financial information, design data visualizations for reporting, and develop economic forecasts while working in a hybrid environment with 1-2 days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze financial data on expenses and revenues
• Design and enhance data visualizations for reporting purposes
• Develop financial prompts and assist in the production of monthly reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
• 1+ years of experience in financial analysis or relevant academic experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is preferred
• Ability to ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
