Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting accurate contract data management, the full-time Financial Analyst will maintain and configure contract records in Infor LN, ensuring alignment with executed agreements and facilitating clean financial workflows across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain contract headers, CLINs, and modifications in Infor LN to ensure real-time visibility of contract status
• Perform targeted checks on contract and billing structures to ensure downstream accuracy and coordinate corrections with the Governance team
• Serve as the primary point of contact for LN Contracts workflows, partnering with various teams to support funding and billing plans

Required qualifications

• Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret DoD clearance; U.S. Citizenship required
• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, program finance, contracts, or ERP data operations
• Strong understanding of contract structures, CLINs, and billing dependencies
• Hands-on experience with Infor LN or a comparable ERP, ideally with Contracts modules
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
