Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the company's financial planning and analysis, the hybrid Financial Analyst will manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting while collaborating with cross-functional leaders to deliver actionable insights for profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual budget, forecasts, and long-range planning processes
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate revenue, gross margin, and profitability
• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses while tracking key performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years in relevant analytical roles in Finance
• Demonstrated financial modeling expertise
• Strong user of Microsoft analytical tools, including Excel, Access, and SQL
• Relevant experience in manufacturing, consumer packaging, or retail distribution environments
