Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Global GTM Finance team, the full-time Financial Analyst will manage budgeting, forecasting, and commission plan accuracy while working remotely within the continental United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Budgeting and forecasting for the Global GTM business, including preparation and presentation of results
• Managing the commission accrual and payment process for quota-carrying resources across the organization
• Preparing monthly variance analysis reports and supporting the strategic decision-making process

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance, preferably in a SaaS or subscription business
• BS/BA in accounting, finance, economics, or other quantitative fields preferred
• Experience with EPM and ERP systems, as well as Enterprise CRM tools
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
