Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support the GTM Finance team, the full-time Financial Analyst will manage budgeting and forecasting processes, oversee commission plan accuracy, and collaborate with cross-functional partners in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting and forecasting for the Global GTM business, ensuring alignment with strategic decision-making
• Oversee the commission accrual and payment process while preparing and maintaining commission reports and analysis
• Ensure compliance with local legislative requirements and company guidelines while conducting variance analysis for key stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance, preferably in a SaaS or subscription business
• BS/BA in accounting, finance, economics, or a related quantitative field
• Experience with EPM and ERP systems, as well as Enterprise CRM tools
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
