Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Providing financial decision support for operations, the full-time remote Financial Analyst will manage monthly processes, including financial reporting and analysis for the insurance division, while utilizing advanced Excel skills and SQL knowledge to handle large data sets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepares financial and statistical reports, coordinating the month-end close process
• Creates reports for data analysis and maintains accurate financial databases
• Collaborates with other analysts to manage key financial processes, including budgets and forecasts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
• 0 to 2 years of experience in healthcare finance
• Proficiency in sophisticated software programs and office applications
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
