Job Summary

Supporting strategic and operational decision-making, the full-time salaried Financial Analyst will manage grant contracts, perform financial analysis and reporting, and assist in budgeting and forecasting, primarily working remotely with occasional office visits in Syracuse, NY.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage IHC grant contracts, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines
  • Perform monthly financial statement analysis and prepare leadership-ready financial reports
  • Support the annual budgeting process and develop financial models for strategic initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and cost accounting principles
  • Experience with grants, medical billing reimbursement, and regulated reporting frameworks
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and complex formulas
