Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic finance team, the hybrid Financial Analyst I will support corporate FP&A and finance systems through financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting, while collaborating with business and accounting teams to drive strategic planning and decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and variance reporting to support strategic planning and business decisions
• Build and maintain financial models to project company performance and inform leadership decisions
• Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in financial analysis or related coursework
• Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
