Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial operations, the full-time remote Financial Analyst will ensure accurate financial reporting, collaborate with program teams to establish budgets, and facilitate financial reviews while maintaining the integrity of assigned work packages.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and forecasting while managing financial risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with program teams to define goals, establish budgets, and prepare and maintain estimates at completion (EAC)
• Support the invoice process, perform cost validation, and conduct variance analysis to maintain financial integrity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
• 2 years of program financial analyst experience
• Ability to perform financial planning, analysis, and general accounting functions
• Comprehensive knowledge of project finance and ability to complete complex assignments
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in developing formulas, v-lookups, and macros
