Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support central functions at Cimpress, the remote FP&A Financial Analyst will manage monthly management reporting, drive the preparation of budget and forecast deliverables, and conduct detailed variance analysis while collaborating with the FP&A team.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze variances between actuals and budget/forecast, providing insights to management
• Prepare and consolidate budget and forecast deliverables for accurate financial planning
• Collaborate on process improvements and act as a super user for financial reporting software

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in corporate FP&A or a related analytical role
• Proven experience with financial planning software and ERP systems
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience in building financial models
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to align financial goals across teams
