Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Providing financial and statistical information to management and external customers, the full-time remote Financial Analyst will assist in preparing financial reports, maintain financial systems, and support the annual budget process while ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of accurate financial information for timely distribution to internal and external users
• Support annual operating budget preparation and monthly actual/budget analysis under the direction of the Budget Manager
• Participate in the monthly financial statement close and preparation of financial statements as assigned

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3 years of experience as an accountant or financial analyst, with a focus on budgeting and financial reporting
• Knowledge of hospital and physician payment methodologies
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with various software applications in a Windows environment
• Ability to work cooperatively as part of a finance team and adapt to changing demands
