Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Joining on a contract-to-permanent basis, an experienced Financial Analyst will work remotely to deliver accurate financial reporting, perform in-depth financial analysis, and support month-end close activities while collaborating with stakeholders to drive informed business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports by organizing and analyzing data in Excel and financial systems
• Evaluate financial results to uncover trends, explain variances, and highlight areas for performance improvement
• Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entry review, and preparation of financial reporting deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• At least 7 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and month-end close support
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data analysis functions, and VBA
• Hands-on experience with SAP or comparable financial reporting systems
• Strong capability in financial modeling, variance analysis, and ad hoc reporting
