Financial Analyst

Job Summary

As a remote Financial Analyst, the successful candidate will report to the Director of Strategic Finance, focusing on financial planning, analysis, and modeling to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with monthly financial statement variance analyses comparing actual results to budgets and forecasts
• Contribute to the Company's rolling forecasts and annual operating plan while analyzing key SaaS metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement processes that enhance data integrity and streamline reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field, preferably accounting or finance
• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and understanding of GAAP and financial statements
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate financial data effectively to non-finance partners
• Demonstrated curiosity and initiative in problem-solving and process improvement
