Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) business, the full-time remote Financial Analyst will enhance financial reporting and analysis, streamline processes, and deliver insights to drive business growth and decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain standardized reporting packages across multiple CPG practices, leveraging automation for efficiency and data accuracy
• Perform variance analysis and root cause investigations to identify key business drivers and support decision-making
• Partner with Commercial Finance leaders to analyze business performance and deliver meaningful financial insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in finance, FP&A, commercial finance, revenue analytics, or reporting
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including experience with complex formulas and reporting automation
• Experience developing or automating recurring reporting using tools such as Power Query or Power BI
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate variances and translate findings into actionable insights
