Job Summary
To support the Institute of Security Governance, the full-time Financial Analyst will manage budgeting, track and analyze costs, and develop professional relationships with stakeholders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Track finances related to the execution of the budget and provide reconciled fund summaries
- Develop relationships with ISG stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
- Monitor program costs and current year obligations, communicating updates to ISG leadership
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience with government accounting operations and the PPBE budget cycle
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline from an accredited institution
- Current Secret Security clearance or ability to obtain one prior to start
- Experience in finance and accounting compliance procedures and tools for tracking revenue and expenditures
- Familiarity with the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) system or similar systems
