Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with managers and senior leadership, the full-time Financial Analyst will manage monthly productivity, coordinate annual operating budgets, and oversee the month-end closing cycle while working onsite in Eau Claire, WI.

Key responsibilities

• Review financial information and journal entries for accuracy during the month-end closing cycle
• Maintain and report on management systems, ensuring accurate representation of financial data
• Evaluate the financial impact of new programs and prepare projections for building projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, healthcare administration, or a related field
• Two years of relevant experience in financial analysis
• Preferred certifications include Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
