Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst for a full-time remote position, this role will manage financial planning processes, oversee P&L, and drive efficiencies through dynamic financial modeling and expense management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes related to headcount and vendor-level spending
• Identify automation opportunities to enhance financial reporting and processes using AI and analytics tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to support cost optimization and business transformation initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Corporate Finance, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
• Proficiency in operating expense planning, headcount management, and financial modeling
• Advanced Excel skills for building dynamic financial models
• Experience with financial planning systems such as Adaptive Planning or SAP
• Practical experience using AI and business intelligence tools to improve financial processes
