Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Owning key aspects of financial reporting and cross-functional data analysis, the remote Financial Analyst will manage ongoing financial reporting, track department-level metrics, and build monthly reporting decks to keep leadership informed.

Key responsibilities

• Own ongoing financial reporting, including ROI modeling for company initiatives
• Track, analyze, and report on department-level metrics and KPIs across the business
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and populate financial and operational data

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related analytical role
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including financial model maintenance
• Experience with BI/analytics tools (e.g., Omni, Tableau) strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM data a plus
