Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Finance team in a full-time remote capacity, the Financial Analyst will assist with financial reporting, data analysis, budgeting activities, and operational performance tracking to facilitate informed business decisions and organizational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of monthly management reports and dashboards
• Compile and analyze financial and operational data for management review
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, business analytics, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Strong desire to learn and grow within financial planning and analysis
