Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting financial planning and analysis, the full-time Financial Analyst will manage financial models, prepare forecasts and reports, and analyze business performance while working remotely from Texas or Tennessee.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning
• Prepare financial reports and analyze variances between actual results and forecasts
• Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting processes and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, financial analysis, or corporate finance
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
• Experience with ERP and forecasting systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Hyperion preferred
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
