Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the scaling of the OWN Program, the full-time Financial Analyst will manage the monthly payout process, build dynamic financial models, and collaborate cross-functionally, with the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end monthly payout process, including revenue share calculations, verification, and reporting for OWN Program Participants
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models to forecast sensitivities to changes in equipment valuations, utilization, and interest rates
• Document and standardize payout workflows to support audit readiness and program scalability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related function
• Strong proficiency in SQL; experience with Python or AI is a plus
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for building financial models
• Working knowledge of financial analysis concepts, including forecasting and revenue recognition
