Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Go-to-Market organization, the full-time remote Financial Analyst will own financial models and reporting, translating operational metrics into financial insights to aid decision-making on investments and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage GTM reporting, including variance analysis, KPI dashboards, and budget reviews
• Serve as the primary finance contact for GTM leaders, addressing ad hoc requests and identifying risks and opportunities
• Lead cross-functional analyses and implement process improvements to enhance forecast accuracy and reduce manual effort

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, or RevOps/Sales Finance, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, CAC, LTV, and their relation to GTM performance
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets modeling; familiarity with FP&A/EPM tools is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems for data validation and analysis
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines effectively
