Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Managing various financial projects, the full-time Financial Analyst I will perform reconciliations, develop pricing for bundles, and analyze managed care contracts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile 'Pre-Bundle' and 'Post Bundle' data with payors
• Develop pricing strategies for 'Bundles' and assist with Charge Master development
• Prepare and analyze monthly trends and targets while ensuring compliance with departmental goals

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of experience with managed care contracts or a related field
• Demonstrated knowledge of managed care contract terminology, including CPT codes
• Prior experience with EPIC software
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field is preferred
