Job Summary

Working remotely from anywhere within the U.S., the full-time Financial Analyst will leverage automation and standard reporting to provide foundational data for clinical program performance analysis while collaborating with various teams to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.

Key responsibilities:

• Aggregating data and creating reports, dashboards, and templates as assigned by management
• Utilizing data systems and methodologies to deliver accurate and compliant data requests
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to adjust data specifics and enhance reporting capabilities

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis with large datasets and relational databases
• Progressive work experience in data and analytics or a related field
• Knowledge of healthcare cost and quality topics and emerging industry trends
• Ability to support large-scale data pipelines for reporting and analytics
• Proficiency in Office 365 applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
