Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Focused on financial planning and analysis, the full-time Contract Financial Analyst will manage financial reporting, business modeling, and performance management to support site operations and corporate functions in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including annual budgeting and ad hoc reports
• Conduct trend analysis for operational metrics and assist in revenue cycle management reporting
• Collaborate with IT to enhance data integrity and support the development of quarterly board meeting presentations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in Finance, Business Analytics, or Operations roles
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of management
• Experience with financial modeling and process improvement initiatives is a plus
