Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a large Department of War agency, the remote Financial Analyst will manage financial activities including budget planning, execution, and reporting while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure financial fidelity and oversight.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain multi-year program and project budgets for personnel and non-personnel resources
• Coordinate budget activities with multiple stakeholders, including the PEO Chief and various project teams
• Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting, including creating key metrics for budget forecasting and oversight

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in a financial analyst role
• Active Secret Clearance
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including data tables and pivot tables
• Strong communication skills for briefing executive leadership
