Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with managers and senior leadership, the full-time Financial Analyst will manage monthly productivity, coordinate annual operating budgets, and oversee the month-end closing cycle while working primarily onsite in Fargo with the option for remote work up to two days a week after initial training.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month-end closing processes, including financial data review and journal entries
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information for financial projects and reporting
• Maintain and report on departmental statistical and financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, healthcare administration, or a related field
• Two years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a related role
• Preferred certifications include Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
