Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial operations, the full-time Financial Analyst will prepare and analyze financial statements, develop cash forecasting models, and conduct KPI analysis while working remotely Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM EST.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, cost reports, and statistical data
• Develop and maintain cash forecasting, capital planning, and treasury models
• Conduct benchmarking, KPI analysis, and variance reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, healthcare management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting
• Demonstrated knowledge of general ledger and related financial systems preferred
• Master's degree or professional designation (CPA) is preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems
