Job Summary
Supporting the Provider Compensation and Contracting Manager, the full-time remote Financial Analyst will manage physician and advanced practice provider compensation analysis, payroll submissions, and productivity projections while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Reviews bi-weekly payroll submissions for additional compensation to physicians and APPs
- Provides analytical support during annual incentive reconciliation and base compensation resets
- Develops multi-year compensation projections and educates newly hired physicians on compensation models
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics
- 2+ years of experience with complex financial and data analytics
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
