Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the scaling of an asset monetization program, the full-time Financial Analyst will manage the monthly payout process, build financial models, and partner cross-functionally to enhance program efficiency, with the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid setup from Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end monthly payout process, including revenue share calculations and reporting for program participants
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models to forecast changes in equipment valuations and utilization
• Document and standardize payout workflows to ensure audit readiness and scalability of the program

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related function
• Strong SQL experience; proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is essential
• Working knowledge of financial analysis concepts, including forecasting and revenue recognition
• Experience in the construction or equipment industry is a plus
