Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Preparing complex financial trend and data analysis reports, the full-time Financial Analyst will manage budget performance analysis, coordinate financial data distribution, and participate in the development of regional and departmental budgets in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis to identify variances and summarize key findings
• Participate in the planning and development of budgets for various departments and functions
• Prepare advanced financial reports and support ongoing user education on report methodologies

Required qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in financial analysis and budgeting
• Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field or four (4) years of directly related experience
• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
• Proficiency in PC-based word processing and spreadsheet applications with advanced functions
• Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment
