Financial Analyst
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time Financial Analyst will support the full planning cycle, including monthly close, budgeting, and forecasting, while working remotely and collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute management reporting packages, including month-end financials and KPI dashboards
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and maintain financial models with actuals and forecasts
- Collaborate with the accounting team during monthly and quarterly close, ensuring financial data integrity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience, including internships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and pivot tables
- Working knowledge of basic accounting concepts, such as debits/credits and P&L vs. balance sheet
- Experience with Sage Intacct or another ERP system is preferred
