Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Preparing advanced financial trend and data analysis reports, the full-time Financial Analyst will manage budget performance analysis, coordinate financial data compilation, and participate in departmental budgeting processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyze financial data for regional, departmental, or functional budget performance
• Prepare complex financial trend reports and summaries of key findings
• Participate in the development and monitoring of budgets, ensuring accuracy and identifying variances

Required qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of related experience in financial analysis and budgeting
• Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field or four (4) years of directly related experience
• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
• Proficiency in PC-based word processing and spreadsheet applications, including advanced functions
• Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment
