Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Preparing complex financial trend and data analysis reports, the full-time Financial Analyst will manage departmental budgets, participate in budget planning, and lead projects of low complexity while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Collects data and prepares analysis for regional, departmental, or functional budget performance
• Prepares advanced financial trend reports and may coordinate financial data compilation by junior staff
• Participates in the development of budgets and investigates budget errors as needed

Required qualifications:

• Minimum two (2) years of related experience in financial analysis and budgeting
• Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field or four (4) years of directly related experience
• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
• Proficiency in PC-based word processing and spreadsheet applications, including advanced functions
• Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment
