Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis team, the full-time Financial Analyst will perform financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting while working remotely to assist business leaders in understanding financial performance and driving informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial results and trends to support business decision-making
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and analyses for management reporting
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and validating financial data

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or banking
• Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, or variance analysis
• Familiarity with financial reporting systems or data analysis tools
• Knowledge of banking products or profitability analysis
