Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, the full-time Financial Analyst will manage financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis for the R&D and Sales organizations, transforming financial data into actionable insights while collaborating with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Provide analytics and recommendations to business leaders to enhance financial performance and identify potential issues
• Conduct ad hoc financial modeling and develop monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans
• Complete month and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations

Required qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and ERP systems (preferably Oracle)
• Hands-on experience with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Must have unrestricted work authorization for the US
