Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support strategic financial initiatives, the full-time Financial Analyst will partner with cross-functional teams to assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the completion of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-range planning in collaboration with business leaders
• Support the development and maintenance of driver-based financial models and scenario analyses to inform strategic decisions
• Prepare recurring financial reports and variance analyses to enhance reporting quality and financial visibility

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or equivalent experience
• 4 years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or corporate accounting
• Strong financial modeling and analytical problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting with ERP/financial systems and analytics tools
