Financial Analyst
Job Summary
Partnering with leaders across various business functions, the full-time Financial Analyst will support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the completion of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-range planning with business leaders
- Support the development and maintenance of driver-based financial models and scenario analyses for strategic decisions
- Prepare recurring financial reports and variance analysis to support the finance team's reporting needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 4 years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or corporate accounting
- Strong financial modeling and analytical problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting with ERP/financial systems
